Market Direct Exchange offers two types of auction listings:

1-No Reserve - High bidder wins regardless of price (this is the preferred listing method).

2-Reserve - Seller sets a minimum dollar amount he or she will accept. If the reserve is not met the item is not sold (this style auction listing can limit bidding activity).

3-Market Direct Exchange does not accept stolen merchandise and all items are subject to be checked against local law enforcement stolen merchandise report.

4-Seller is responsible for all auction and electronic payment fees - fees will be deducted out of realized price.

5-Market Direct Exchange reserves the right to end any of our online auctions early for any reason.

6-Market Direct Exchange will not accept items weighing more than 150 pounds or larger than 130 inches in length and girth combined.

7-All items sold by Market Direct Exchange through eBay.com and AuctionArms.com are offered with a money back guarantee.

8-Total transaction time may vary (average time between drop off and payment is 10 - 21 days).

9-All firearm transaction must follow laws set forth by The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

10-All Firearm clients are subject to a Brady Bill background check and fee ($15.00) when retrieving non-sold firearms.

11-All transactions are final.
